Geographic Information Systems

Geographic Information System, is a system for entering, analysis and visualization of spatial data. Its application both in the process of decision support and designing is actually invaluable.

Using GIS, we can (depending on the availability and quality of data) perform maps of the spatial distribution of average annual wind speed at different heights. This is a great way to find out whether there is any economic sense installing measuring masts.

The accuracy of the analysis may be up to 90%. What is important after prior consultation and collecting data about interested area we are able to make such as analysis for any place in the world! In addition, there is a possibility of estimating the solar energy resources using the same method.

In the GIS design we use the latest pictures from the environmental Landsat 8, and high-resolution numerical models of the area which the spatial value up to 30m / pixel.
